NRU Playoffs: Mystics Take 2nd Place in NRU

NEW YORK, NY - In the final day of the D1 NRU Championship series, Mystic River fell to Old Blue in the Finals. With Old Blue holding onto a comfortable lead at halftime, the Mystics would not go down quietly as Adnan Kawuma and Joe Shurmaitis narrowed the margin for a final score of 33-15. The Mystics finished second in the Northeast with an overall record of 8-2 and have secured home field advantage this Spring against the MARFU #3 seed (TBD).
