Mystic spring season training begins tonight at Athletic Evolution in Woburn, MA. Training will be every Tuesday and Thursday 8-10PM for the next 6 weeks, ending March 22. These sessions will focus on fitness, strength and ball handling and will cost $20 per session or $100 for the full 6 weeks.
