Mystic Gulls to Defend Bean Pot Title Tomorrow

The Mystic U19 Gulls will be travelling down to the Irish Cultural Center in Canton, MA tomorrow morning to defend their Bean Pot title. The U19s will be up against the club’s long-time rivals Boston as well as a North Shore team and two teams from their hosts, the Boston Irish Wolfhounds. The Mystics have won the tournament twice in its three year history, so they are definitely looking to keep their dominance alive with another victory tomorrow.

The Mystic U17 side will also be stepping on to the pitch in blue, and they will be raring to show the U19 guys how rugby ought to be played with flair and passion.

This will also be the final rugby of the U17 and U19 summer seasons, so it’s a good thing that the tournament kicks off at 9:30am. All the players should get a full day of rugby and fun in before the season winds down. Let’s support the Gulls and youth rugby in the Boston area tomorrow by making a great showing in Canton. All of the best to our boys in blue tomorrow!
